Your data, kept simple.
COUP is a Nordeaster AB product, registered in Sweden, so we follow European data rules (GDPR). Here is the whole of it, in plain words.
What we collect
Your email when you join the list. Your name, email, delivery address and what you pre-booked when you reserve packs or a membership. Basic, anonymous visit statistics so we know which pages work.
Why we collect it
To reserve your packs, tell you when we ship, deliver your order, and send the updates you asked for. Nothing else.
Payments
Pre-bookings are not charged today. When payment opens, card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored on our own systems.
Who sees it
Our own team, and the services that help us run the shop and ship your box — hosting, email and delivery. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
How long we keep it
Order records for as long as accounting rules in Sweden require. Newsletter emails until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email we send.
Cookies
We use the small amount of browser storage needed to remember your basket and your preferred currency. No advertising trackers.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or full deletion and we'll take care of it. Write to connect@nordeaster.io and we'll reply within a few days.
