No small print games. These are the terms for buying COUP — what you pay, when it ships, and what happens if you change your mind.
Who you are buying from
Every order on coup.life is a contract with Nordeaster AB, org. no. 559595-6185, VAT SE559595618501, Mariehemsvägen 35 D, 906 52 Umeå, Sweden. These terms apply to every order placed on this site. By placing an order you accept them.
Pre-orders and the first drop
COUP packs are sold as pre-orders ahead of our first drop in November 2026. You pay when you place the order, and we ship as soon as the drop lands. If we cannot ship your order, we refund it in full.
Prices
All prices are shown in Swedish kronor and include Swedish VAT. Other currencies shown on the site are indicative only — your card is always charged in SEK, and your bank sets the exchange rate. We may change prices, but never after you have placed an order.
Shipping
Shipping is 49 SEK on the 6-pop Try COUP and the 12-pop COUP Box. Shipping is free on the 30-pop Monthly Move and on all subscriptions. Delivery times depend on your carrier and destination; we will tell you when your order is on its way.
Subscriptions
A COUP subscription renews automatically each month at the price shown when you signed up, until you cancel. You can cancel any time before your next renewal and you will not be charged again. Cancelling does not refund a month already shipped.
Your right to change your mind
You have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase. Because COUP is a sealed food product, this applies to packs that are unopened and with their seal intact — once a pack is opened it cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Tell us at connect@nordeaster.io within the 14 days and send the goods back within 14 days of that message. You pay the return postage; we refund the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
If something is wrong
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, write to connect@nordeaster.io with a photo and your order number. We replace it or refund you, including the postage, and you never pay to return a faulty item. Your rights under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act apply in full.
About the product
COUP is a food product. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, it is not a substitute for drinking water or a balanced diet, and it is not an oral rehydration solution for illness or clinical dehydration. Always read the final packaging for ingredients, allergens, nutrition information, age guidance and serving advice.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for delivering what you ordered, and for loss that follows directly and foreseeably from us getting that wrong. We are not responsible for indirect loss, and nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Swedish law.
Changes, law and disputes
We may update these terms; the version on the site when you order is the one that applies to your order. Swedish law governs. If we cannot settle a dispute together, you can take it to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se) or the European Commission's online dispute platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
